Melitta Baumeister (b.1986) is a German Fashion Designer who is now based in New York City. Graduating from the Masters of Fine Arts program at Parsons The New School in Fall 2013, Baumeister launched her womenswear line straight after in February 2014 under the platform of Vfiles during New York Fashion Week.
Discovered by Dover Street Market, since her first season, Fall / Winter 2014, the collection is carried by Dover Street Market New York, London and Ginza as main stockists of the brand, spreading internationally.

She was met with great critical acclaim for her innovative ways of using uncommon materials to create precisely tailored garments. Her work is a constant conversation of her desire to explore the possibilities of tomorrow. Melitta Baumeister has already proved herself as a visionary while remaining open to the inevitable variables that will form the future.

Selected Melitta Baumeister pieces are part of the Cooper Hewitt’s Smithsonian Design Museum traveling Triennial exhibition, ‘Beauty’, launched in February 2016.

Paul Jung (b.1985) is a Taiwanese-Australian artist, currently based in New York City. He studied architecture in Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia and graphic design at the Istituto Europeo di Design, Milan, Italy. He then moved to the US to study Masters in Fashion Photography at the School of Visual Arts, NY. Graduating in 2013. Jung now works on his photographic and film projects. He is also the creative partner of the fashion house Melitta Baumeister, designing and creating visuals for the brand.

Paul contributes to magazines such as Vogue China, V, Bon and i-d, CR Fashion Book and collaborates with brands such as Apple, Cos, BMW, Hermès, Nike and Land Rover.
